There are a few things I want to talk to you about with regards to muscle hypertrophy training. Muscles grow no matter what you do, but some training types don’t have quite an effect. Most people think strength training and muscle building are related, when they really aren’t. You can build muscle while strength training, but you’re building a different type of muscle fiber. This fiber doesn’t grow in size that much, just strength. This is why strength traders practically plateau after a month. Hypertrophy training is better and I’m going to show you how. The diet is the most important part. It doesn’t matter how good your muscle hypertrophy training is, if your diet isn’t good enough than you’re not going to build muscle have good results. The food you eat directly decides how well the muscles will grow. It does take a lot of planning, but to keep things simple, you can cut out all the processed foods. These foods are full of chemicals that do nothing but slow down the bodies ability to grow muscle. Just stick with real foods that are chemical free. When it comes to the actual training just look at the gym. Most people do the exercises that really give no over all results. They spend an hour or more at the gym and never break a sweat. The key to building muscle is intensity in short bursts. That’s why I workout in only 7 minute workouts, but I make them as intense as the body can handle. This stimulates far more muscle growth.
